Panna Cotta(Italian Dessert)

Panna Cotta
This is a classic Italian Dessert
Things you need

1 cup skimmed milk ( you can use normal milk too)
1 cup cream.
1 1/2 tsp gelatin put in 20 ml cold water keep it aside.
1/4 cup sugar
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Boil the milk,cream & sugar together. ones it’s done switch off the fire & add gelatin mix and vanilla extract , stir continuously until gelatin dissolved. Keep it in the room temperature while it cooling. then keep it in the fringe until it’s set. Pour it into the ramekin or the the bowl. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve it with strawberry or chocolate sauce. Enjoy.
Note: Cooling the mixture down completely before pouring it into the ramekins is important.Just put it into a jug and keep it moving over iced water until it’s cooled down to room temperature. The quicker you get it cooled, the quicker it will set – meaning less time for separation smile emoticon🍧

Prawns Roast

Prawns 750 gms
Onion 2 sliced
Tomato 2 sliced
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Chilli powder 1-2 tbs
Coriander powder 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leavesVeg oil 3 tbs
Mustard 1 tsp
Dried chilly 2-4

In a non stick pan heat oil add mustard seeds then dried chilly , curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Once done add onion & salt cook until it become soft then add all the powders and mix throughly. Add sliced tomato & sauté well then add cleaned prawns mix & cover it for it to cook. Stir in between.
Serve it hot with rice &Enjoy


Pizza Muffin

It’s very easy to prepare, you can use this for your lunch box or breakfast box. If your kids like pizza , they will love this too. And also you can keep this one at least for a week in the fridge. Before you eat just put it in the microwave for few seconds.

Ingredients you need

I cup bacon sliced
1 onion sliced
Capsicum 2 sliced ( any colour)

2 cup self raising flour
2 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 feta cheese
Few olives sliced
1 tsp Italian herbs

Take a nonstick pan, add onion and bacon, cook until the onion translucent then add sliced capsicum , sauté for 2 mts. Switch of the flame and keep it aside

Take a big bowl , add flour, grated cheese, feta cheese,olives, herbs, bacon mix, combine well. Then make a well in the mix.
Beat egg & milk together & add this to the flour mix, and combine nicely.
Put it in the prepared muffin tray and bake in 180 degree preheated oven for 15 mts or until it’s done. Enjoy your pizza muffin.

Beef Curry (Kerala style)(in pressure cooker)

Ingredients you need
Beef sliced 1 kg
Onion 2
Green chilly
Ginger garlic paste
Fresh ground pepper
Salt to taste
Meat masala or garam masala 3tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbs
Chilly powder according to your taste
Turmeric powder 1-2,tsp
Curry leaves
Red whole chilly
Mustard seeds
Use a cooker add oil, splitter the mustard seed then ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, red chilly then add onion & salt, sauté until it’s translucent, reduce the flame then add add all the powder masalas, sauté well for a mt. Next add the meat & stir well. Close the lid of the cooker & weight on. Wait for 5 whistle and switch of the flame. Wait until all the pressure gone and open the cooker and enjoy your beef curry with rice or appam.

vanilla Cookie


150 gm butter ( in room temp)
2 egg
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Plain flour 2 1/2 cup
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour (or overnight).Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter. Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.Bake 6 to 8 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely. Enjoy
