Panna Cotta(Italian Dessert)

Panna Cotta
This is a classic Italian Dessert
Things you need

1 cup skimmed milk ( you can use normal milk too)
1 cup cream.
1 1/2 tsp gelatin put in 20 ml cold water keep it aside.
1/4 cup sugar
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Boil the milk,cream & sugar together. ones it’s done switch off the fire & add gelatin mix and vanilla extract , stir continuously until gelatin dissolved. Keep it in the room temperature while it cooling. then keep it in the fringe until it’s set. Pour it into the ramekin or the the bowl. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve it with strawberry or chocolate sauce. Enjoy.
Note: Cooling the mixture down completely before pouring it into the ramekins is important.Just put it into a jug and keep it moving over iced water until it’s cooled down to room temperature. The quicker you get it cooled, the quicker it will set – meaning less time for separation smile emoticon🍧
