Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients

Plain flour 3 cup
Dry yeast 1 sachet
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mix well & keep it aside

1 cup milk warm
1/2 cup water warm
1/4 cup honey
60 gms butter melted

Mix these together & add to the dry ingredients & kneed well. Cover the bowl well with wet cloth and keep it the room temperature for 1-2 hours allow to double the dough.
After two hours kneed the dough again & roll the dough in one inch thick. Use some plain flour if it’s too sticky.
Spread the filling and roll the the dough like a cylinder.

50 gms butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbs cinnamon powder
Mix this together & keep it aside.)
Then cut these in to small pieces , 1-2 inch thick & lined these in to a baking sheet. Live some space in each roll, keep it in the room temperature for another 10 mts. Then bake for 20 mts or until golden brown in the 200 degree C preheated oven.

Now your yummy cinnamon roll ready. Spread your cream cheese sauce over the roll &serve it. Try this & enjoy with your coffee.

The filling recipe

50 gms butter melted

Cream cheese recipe

1/4 cup butter melted
100 gm cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Mix these together well.

Pistachios Cake Biscuit

 

Ingredients

Butter 200 gms ( room temp)

Egg 6
Sugar fine or powder 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Self raising flour 2 cup
Pistachios sliced

Beat butter & sugar until you get a white fluffy mixture , then add vanilla essence , mix well , add all egg, beat well, then add the SR flour & mix well, finally add the pistachios and mix.
Put this into a well greased pan & bake this for 50-60 mts in a 180 degree C preheated oven. Reduce the temp to 170 degree C after 10 mts of baking. ( first 10 mts 180 degree & another 45 -50mts 170 degree)

Once it’s done, take out from the oven , allow to cool , then slice this cake into the desired shape and put it into the cookie sheet and again bake for another 15-20 mts or you get nice crispy biscuits. For Second baking no need for preheating the oven. Keep it in an air tight container and enjoy with your tea.

Carrot Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients

1:- Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Self raising flour 1 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Carrot_Cinnamon_Muffins


Brown sugar 3/4 cup
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp

2:- 3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
2 egg

3:- 2 small carrot or 1 big carrot grated

Mix all the no:1 ingredients well in a large mixing bowl and make a well in the centre.

Then mix all no:2 ingredients well and pour this into the well and mix nicely.

Finally add grated carrot and mix

Then scoop it into the muffin tray and bake for 15-20 mts or until it’s done in a 375 degree F preheated oven. You can make 12 muffins with this recipe. It’s super moist yummy & delicious muffins

Ice Pop (aka – Ice Lolly, Ice Block, Popsicle)

 

 

Vanilla

1 cup yogurt + sugar+ 1 tsp vanilla essence or 1 cup icecream vanilla+1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk

blend well and pour it into the mold or cup &freeze for 3-4 hours. your basic vanilla milk popsicles is ready.

Strawberry popsicles

add few fresh or frozen strawberries to above mix and blend it. your strawberry popsicle ready.

Mango popsicles
add fresh mango or 1/2 cup mango pulp to above mix & blend & freeze it. your mango popsicles ready.

you can make any flavours of your choice with these basic 3 ingredients. ENJOY
