Fruit Vege Smoothie

Today I am sharing with you a very simple healthy yummy smoothie. It’s good for kids & adults too. Try this I will promise you will love this
Fruit vege smoothie

You need
1 Apple peeled, cored &sliced
1 banana pledged & sliced
1 big carrot or 2 small peeled & sliced
1/2 cup fruit yogurt
1 cup milk
Few roasted almonds

Blend all these together nicely & serve it .
