Its a very popular breakfast recipe all over the world. Very easy to make ,very rich &healthy. This one got different variations. This is the basic version. Try this & Enjoy.
Bread 6 slices
milk 1/2 cup
vanilla essence 1tsp (optional)
sugar 2-4 tsp(you adjust the sweetness according to your taste)(or you can replace it brown sugar ,honey,maple syrup etc)
cardamom powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
salt to taste (a pinch)
Beat the egg & sugar well then add the milk &other ingredients, mix well.
Now heat a non stick pan , splash some butter or oil then dip the bread into the egg mixture both sides & cook the bread until golden in the heated pan.
