Boneless chicken 250 gms sliced
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Chilly powder 2 tsp
crushed pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mix these together &keep it in the fridge for atleast 30 mts (mandatory)
Heat 2 tbs oil in a non stick pan & fry the chicken, remove the chicken from the pan , fry sliced 1/2 green capsicum in the same oil . Serve hot. You can serve this with rice or as a starter. Only few ingredients, but taste yummy.
