Jam Basket Cookies

Yes its festive season. So time for colourful treats.

Plain flour 300 gms

Unsalted butter 200 gms(soft, room temperature)

egg 1

Sugar 100 gms

Your favourite jam

Milk 2-3 tsp (if needed)

Mix all together well, kneed for few minutes,until you get a smooth dough. if its too dry add little milk. then make small ball,

Using your thump make a impression on each ball.

Then keep it in the fridge for atleast 1 hour

Then bake these small baskets for 10 minutes in 180 degree preheated oven, then take out from the oven & add your favourite jam

Then bake for another 5-8 minutes /until its done.

Let it cool &serve

(Note: dont put to much jam , it may overflow)
