Streaky bacon 4
Cut out the bread pieces using a round cutter according to the size of the bottom of your muffin tray.
Heat oil in a pan & cook bacon until half done
Spray your muffin tray , put the bread pieces first then add bacon , make a round around the sides of the muffin tray.
Add grated cheese , crack one egg on top of that, then sprinkle some pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 200 degree preheated oven /until the eggs done.
Its yummy , worth trying.

carrot grated 1-2
spinach sliced 1 bunch
garlic minced 3-4 cloves
mushroom sliced 11/2 cup
bacon 3 slices sliced
cheese parmesan cheese grated 1/2 cup
cheddar grated 1 cup
Beat the egg nicely & keep it aside
Heat butter in a pan, cook bacon until its almost done, then add the sliced mushroom cook until its done. then add grated carrot & spinach &crushed pepper, mix well,switch off the flame & keep it aside.
grease a 12 hole muffin tin, then put spoonful veg mix(if you like use paper cups)
then mix cheeses together , then add cheese on top of the vegs
then pour the egg mixture almost 3/4 off the muffin tin
Then bake this in a 200 degree preheated oven for 15-20 mts or until its done.
You can have this hot or cold. keep this for 3 days in the fridge or upto one month in the freezer.
Its a very healthy idea for the lunchbox for the kids or brunch for yourself.

boiled egg 4 smashed
mayonnaise 2 tbls
avocado 1 smashed
salt to taste(optional)
mix all these nicely & spread on top of your bread, serve immediately or keep it in the fridge &use it for yours or kids lunch box.
