blueberry fresh or frozen 1 cup

2 cup milk

ice cubes few (optional)

 

Blend all together & serve it with some whipping cream.

1-2 glass water(you like smoothie consistency 1 glass water is enough)

Fruit vege smoothie

You need
1 Apple peeled, cored &sliced
1 banana pledged & sliced
1 big carrot or 2 small peeled & sliced
1/2 cup fruit yogurt
1 cup milk
Few roasted almonds

Blend all these together nicely & serve it .
