Simple /American/Vanilla Buttercream (Piping consistency)

Unsalted butter 1 cup (room temperature highly recommended) (or use half unsalted &half salted butter ,skip adding extra salt)

icing sugar 31/2-4 cup

a pinch salt

vanilla essence 1 tsp

milk 1-2 tbs

hand mixer /stand mixer highly recommended(can use wooden spoon but needs strong muscles)

Beat butter for 4-5 minutes with a mixer on medium speed until the butter white &fluffy. Add 1 cups of powdered sugar at a time and turn your mixer on the lowest speed (so the sugar doesn’t blow everywhere) until the sugar has been incorporated with the butter(2-3 minutes). Once all sugar added increase mixer speed to medium/high and add vanilla extract, salt, and 1 tablespoons of milk and beat for 3-4 minutes. If your frosting needs a more stiff consistency, add remaining sugar. If your frosting needs to be thinned out, add remaining milk 1 tablespoons at a time.

(for me its take 15-18 minutes total)

Add colour of your choice &decorate your cake

Vanilla Pancake

Vanilla Pancake Recipe

You need
11/2 cup self raising flour
11/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
3-4 tbs sugar
3 tbs melted butter ( unsalted preferred)
Take the flour in a bowl and make a well.
Then mix all other ingredients and beat slightly & pour into the flour. Mix well. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with your favourite syrup, whipping cream or some fresh fruits like strawberry or blueberry. Enjoy

Vanilla Cupcakes/Cake

Ingredients

Self raising flour 2 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 1/3 cup
Butter 1/2 cup room temp
Egg 2
Vanilla essence 1 tsp( good quality)
Milk 1 cup ( room temp)

Mix flour & sugar then add butter mix well until it’s resembles crumbles, ( u can use your hand if you don’t have a mixer) then add your eggs, mix well then add vanilla essence and milk slowly, and mix until it’s combine well. Pour this into a prepared tin & bake for 30-40 mts in a 375 degree F preheated oven. Then take out from the oven once it’s done allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 mts , then take out from the pan & allow cool completely, enjoy. ( I doubled the recipe and made some cup cakes & a cake)

vanilla Cookie

 

150 gm butter ( in room temp)
2 egg
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Plain flour 2 1/2 cup
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour (or overnight).Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter. Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.Bake 6 to 8 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely. Enjoy
